What kind of businesses do you work with?

Can you work with the systems we already have?
Yes, that's usually the point. We connect what you run today through APIs, files or databases, and only suggest replacing something when it's genuinely holding you back.
How long does a project take, and what does it cost?
It depends on scope. A small tool can take a couple of weeks; a multi-system integration usually takes one to two months. After a short discovery call we give you a fixed scope and price before any work starts.
How do you handle security?
Security is part of the design from the first day. That means encrypted credentials, least-privilege database access, login-protected tools, and keeping data on your own network wherever possible.
Do you work remotely or on-site?
Mostly remotely, and on-site for the moments that matter: discovery, training and go-live.
What happens after go-live?
We stay on for the first weeks of real use to fix anything that comes up, then hand over documentation. Ongoing support is available as a monthly retainer if you want it.
